So holiday is a great time for Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to reap the rewards, it seems, following her string of envy-inducing Instagram posts.
Celebrating the end of summer with yet more sun, the beauty posed in a black ʙικιɴι as she kicked back on holiday.
Besides her minimal two-piece, she was decked out in just a cheeky sunhat, which read: ‘Handle With Care’ on the ribbon.
In one post, the lingerie model reclined on a white sofa, doffing her cap with a glowing smile.
Also glowing was the British bombshell’s glorious golden tan, perhaps thanks to her transatlantic lifestyle in Los Angeles.
Later, a second social media post showed a close up of Rosie’s ʙικιɴι, which featured silver chains on the neck and chest.
Her flat tummy took centre stage though, proving that the M&S model is in shape all year round.
Recently speaking to InStyle, Rosie put her incredible physique down to dance cardio, which is an hour-long high intensity workout.
‘I actually feel physically my best when I am working out,’ she explained. ‘I love that time in the gym when I can see my body doing what is supposed to be doing and working to it’s max potential.’
She added: It’s not for the faint of hearted. It’s definitely the toughest workout I’ve ever done. But by far the funnest. And I’ve seen the most incredible results.’
On her diet, she continued: ‘I grew up on a farm so it has always been about meat and two veg. Now, I am building much more awareness of a healthy balance.’
