Bella went barefoot as she reclined against the vehicle in Zuma Beach while the pouting for the camera.
The former Nickelodeon star had her long red hair in an updo and with a blue and white scarf tied in a bow atop her head.
Bella also wore several pieces of jewellery and circular tortoiseshell sunglᴀsses over her face, which was made up with bright pink lipstick.
The Shake It Up star kept warm in a khaki jacket when she wasn’t in front of the camera.
Meanwhile, Bella recently celebrated her first anniversary with boyfriend Gregg Sulkin – and they made sure it was a day to remember.
The couple went skydiving, and the redhead shared an Instagram video which showed them jumping out of the plane one by one.
‘I’m super afraid of heights but this DEFF helped me get over that a little bitl!!’ she wrote in the caption.
Bella then added of her father, who was killed in a motorcycle accident in 2007: ‘My dad was a such a badᴀss dare devil and I think I’ve got a little bit of that deep down ;).’

Bella wrapped production on thriller You Get Me last week, in which she plays a mysterious stranger who gets together with Tyler (Taylor John Smith) when he is fighting with his girlfriend Ali (Halston Sage).
However, after patching things up with Ali, he then discovers Grace is a new student at their school and will stop at nothing to get her man back.
The movie is due for release later this year, and is one of nine projects that Bella is currently working on.
Bella will soon be filming a pilot for Famous In Love, about a college student who is cast in a Hollywood blockbuster and finds herself in a love triangle with her two male leads.
She is also starring in drama Midnight Sun alongside Patrick Schwarzenegger, horror movies Amityville: The Awakening, The Babysitter and Keep Watching, and Tyler Perry comedy Boo! A Madea Halloween.
Bella additionally joins an all-star cast which includes Kit Harington, Jessica Chastain, Nicholas Hoult, Natalie Portman and Susan Sarandon in The Death and Life of John F. Donovan, which follows a movie star whose correspondence with an 11-year-old actor is leaked and destroys his life.
The teenager is also rumoured to be starring in ensemble movie Be Here Now, set over a weekend at a music festival.
