On Tuesday’s episode of her podcast, High Low with EmRata, the 31-year-old model got vulnerable as she revealed how she tends to slim down while struggling with her mental health.
‘I think trauma lives in the body, that’s been my experience,’ the mother-of-one said. ‘When I’m really unwell, I lose so much weight.’
She continued: ‘I was down to 100 pounds recently and it was really, really scary.’
The My Body author, who is reportedly dating former Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, went on to note that she has since ‘gained weight.’
‘For me, it’s a huge game-changer and how I know I’m happy,’ the Vogue cover girl explained to her guest, Lebanese-American porn star, Mia Khalifa.

While she did not explicitly address what was making her ‘really unwell’ during the chat, the end of her four-year marriage came after claims her estranged husband was unfaithful.
In July, a source claimed to Page Six that the Good Time producer cheated: ‘Yeah, he cheated. He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog.’
Within the month, Ratajkowski seemed to affirm that was the case as she ‘liked’ multiple tweets discussing the split as well as his alleged cheating.
The Inamorata founder and Sebastian were married during a civil ceremony in New York City on February 23, 2018, with just a few friends as witnesses.
